The QP team takes on Lisbon

At the QP headquarters, we have been having the time of our lives- from receiving special gifts to an amazing Christmas trip, we have been spoilt rotten! Among the many perks of working at QP, the team Christmas events are always one of the highlights of the year. Every year the company treats us to a wonderful gastronomical experience, or an incredible getaway and this year’s was, without a doubt, a real treat!

Last Thursday the QP team embarked on an adventure to Lisbon! And, let me tell you, Lisbon is looking specially dazzling at this time of the year! The Christmas magic is already in the air throughout the city, brimming with sparkly Christmas lights and Christmas markets. While it is currently freezing almost everywhere in Europe, night temperatures are mild in Lisbon, ideal to truly enjoy long post-dinner walks through the beautifully decorated streets and Christmas market visits. And, luckily for us, we had the best tour guide in Lisbon- special agent Miguel- who lived in the city for many years and showed us around all his favourite places. From a visit to the castle viewpoint, to tuk-tuk rides, we absolutely loved it!

We stayed at Valverde Hotel- it couldn’t be more central! This charming hotel is spiced up with touches of luxury for an enchanting yet exquisite experience. With large windows overlooking the crisp autumnal colours that dominate the Avenida da Liberdade in December, some of the special agents would agree that it is located dangerously close to incredible shopping.

Dinner was at one of the trendiest restaurants in Lisbon- Praia no Parque. We loved the unique decor and the concept of a restaurant that turns into a club. Overall, we had the most amazing time together and are refreshed and ready to tackle the busy yet exceptionally exciting weeks ahead!

We are incredibly lucky to be a part of such a unique and close-knit team and immensely grateful to Ali and KB for the most special Christmas events.
