Born in Lisbon and raised in the Algarve, Markus grew up in a bilingual family with a German father and a Portuguese mother. He graduated from a swiss Hotel Management school and then went on to work in Malaysia and Abu Dhabi. Markus returned to Portugal to continue his career in the luxury hospitality industry.

He has great people skills and joined the QP sales team in summer 2021. Markus is the partner of Kim, our Loulé Office Manager and together they have two fabulous daughters and a house full of pets.
