Iain has over 17 years of experience in the property market, 16 of those spent in London. During this time, he dedicated eight years to leading a highly successful office in Notting Hill and Holland Park. His expertise also extended to the super prime areas of Knightsbridge and Belgravia.

Iain holds the record for the highest residential property sale in Portugal. Earlier this year, he successfully closed a deal on a property with an asking price of €25 million, showcasing his ability to excel in high-value transactions.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, he is an enthusiastic padel player and golfer. His children attend school locally, further solidifying his deep-rooted connection to the area.
