IMI – reduction of 0,1 percent of the top end tax

According to the Law NÂș 64/2008 (12-5-2008) the IMI of the top end has been reduced by 0,1%.

Prior to that it was 0,8% and is now 0,7% for properties that have NOT been valued by the financial department. Properties that have been valued are now taxed at 0,4% instead of 0,5% annually.
