Gisela will already be well-known to many readers of this Property Guide, for she and her young team are regularly invited into homes throughout Quinta do Lago and surrounding areas to cater for dinner and lunch parties. That can cover anything from a special dinner for two up to parties or receptions for 200 or more – it’s all in a day’s work. A number of golf clubs and other establishments also call on her to cater for their special events.

Nothing fazes Gisela, no project is too complex, and she can handle as much or as little of an event as you wish. The cuisine – in a wide range of styles – is invariably superb, and she’s also there to afford expert advice on menus and the best wines to go with them.
